We had a wonderful stay for Easter break at Abacourt Guest House! John and Heather are such warm and kind hosts who made us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to Keswick town center, parks, lakes, and the river. Having private parking was a huge bonus, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings without worrying about finding a spot. Highly recommend, we can't wait to come back!
This was our second stay at Abacourt Guest House this year. We’ve stayed both through the summer and winter. ||John and Heather are delightful hosts, really warm, welcoming and friendly. ||The rooms are immaculately clean and clean towels, toiletries, and tea/coffee regularly replaced. Rooms are also warm and very comfortable. En-suite bathrooms are modern and have a lovely powerful shower. ||The breakfast is really tasty and high quality, choices from a full English to lighter options. John and Heather will prepare a packed lunch if required at an extra charge, but very reasonable. ||Location is excellent for the centre of Keswick. ||Would highly recommend. ||
Wonderful place all around! John and Heather are so sweet and accommodating, the rooms are really nice, you can tell they think about the little details. Everything is quite good quality including the breakfast. My partner and I are quite picky eaters, but the breakfast is absolutely lovely. A very quick walk into town as well (2 mins). We’re a young couple and this was perfect for us, highly recommend. We hope to stay here again. Thank you so much!
