Away for a long weekend with my wife and walking friends. Based here, close to town and there are many fell walks to start from here or just a short drive away. The owner is very friendly, local and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great quality food and a decent choice. Room is comfortable, clean and just big enough. We would stay again and it is highly recommendable.
Wonderful leisurely stay. We stayed whilst celebrating our first wedding anniversary. We know Keswick quite well and staying here was a first. It was a great base for walking.||We were made very welcome and is a lovely part of Keswick where we looked out onto the hills even though we were at the rear. The room was very comfortable and quiet.||Breakfast was great both mornings.||We’d like to come back here again and we saw several people coming and going that seem to be regulars.||See you again
Such a delightful place to stay! We had another great stay here. Breakfasts are wonderful with lots of choices. Parking on-site is helpful. Room is very comfortable and well-equipped. Love the view over Hope Park and the fells. Such a great location, quiet, but convenient to all the shops, cafes, restaurants, and Derwentwater launch. You cannot ask for better!
