Pretty venue.. but was freezing cold on the evening we visited. The back door was wide open howling gale let into the venue. It was v quiet when we visted.. & drinks on the expensive side compared to other places in Cockermouth
It's a great place to go for cocktails. Their Zombies are excellent. Staff very friendly.
Myself and my boyfriend visited Koppers for the first time on Monday evening (23rd August). I really enjoyed the vibes of the place. The Organic Cider was lovely. The only reason I marked down a star is because the cider I originally wanted which was supposed to be on Tap (Orchard Theives - I think) wasn't available and an IPA drink my boyfriend wanted wasn't available either. However, we did have a great time and the cider we ended up with was lovely. Staff were friendly, historic decor (cel doors) was really interesting to see too.
