My partner and I visited The Swan Inn whilst staying round the corner in Cockermouth. Good mixture of locals and visitors, but due to Tim being so welcoming, we didn’t feel out of place at all! He was also great with our 18 month old, which is always appreciated! Lovely pint too! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Cockermouth! 🍺
It's a pub pub, just what's offered and needed. No pretence and just what you need for an enjoyable night out, with family, friends and chat, without shouting at and over others. Faultless beer, ales and Stout..... And crossword A4 sheets placed on the tables for distracting amusement and engagement
What a lovely cosy pub. My partner and I stumbled across this pub, we were warmly welcomed by the pub owners, both with a great sense of humour. If you’re in cockermouth, I would highly recommend this pub. Full of the locals and all round great cosy vibe
