Excellent stay especially the price but more importantly the staff. They could not have been more helpful calm and friendly. I should mention Barbara, Ellegh and Todd by name for being brilliant. People make the difference. They dealt with problems quickly and efficiently that the hotel had. Refreshing in todays climate.
Went here due to heating in my house not working, stayed a couple times due to same problem so over the course of staying 3 times there was some staff members who couldn’t have Been nicer some of which interacted with our 20 month old (Natalie and ayesha) and were so playful and just made him so so happy, however some staff I unfortunately can’t say the same, she was very very rude first thing she said to me when stood at the bar waiting to order an orange juice I got “what do you want” off her which was very very rude, Saturday morning first thing and couldn’t even show a smile, not a thank you or anything in sight and just completely ruined the stay whenever she was in. Really nice and clean, spacious enough room for a couple, comes with kettle and tea sachets, handwash & shower gel. No toothpaste so bring your own
