PLEASEE AVOID! When we book the room we was happy that it said they have heated pool and the room was looking nice in the photos ,but….. Everything was completely different when we get there apart of the thing we paid triple as other rooms for one night they actually sent as in a different “hotel “across the street where we actually had to come back with 2 toddlers because the code didn’t work. When we called on the number provided by the door they said we should have the room on the main hotel , but when we went back to reception they told us they actually don’t have a bigger room as we paid on booking and they will try to give us something. But they still sent as to the “hotel”acros the street where trust me is no place to sleep you can hear anything cars , buses, even the people on the street like they are crossing tru your room . And if you are lucky to have a police car or ambulance crossing there you will wake upfrom death . We also have an issue as we found glass shards When we moved the bed so we can all have space. Also the pool is not heated the kids didn’t want to go they only stayed in the hot tube (the only good part) But the price is way to spicy for what they actually offer When we come back to them they said

I booked through a third-party agent (which may have been part of the problem) for a stay at the Washington Central. However, on arrival, I was informed that my booking was actually for the “Sleepwell” — an annex building located across a busy main road. The photos on the booking site clearly showed the main Washington Central hotel, so this was a disappointing surprise. Sleepwell might be a decent option if you’re after a basic, budget stay or need somewhere last-minute. But I personally didn’t enjoy my stay, mainly due to the noise levels. The building only has single-glazed windows, and being right on a busy road meant I was kept awake most of the night by traffic and people passing by. They do provide earplugs in the drawer — which says a lot about how aware they are of the issue. The room had some maintenance concerns too. Paint was peeling directly above the bed, and unfortunately, my bed was positioned under the staircase, so I could hear every single footstep from guests going upstairs. Not ideal for rest. Small touches were also lacking. The milk provided with the tea and coffee was off. While the used mug was replaced during housekeeping, no fresh milk or sugar was left behind — a small but noticeable oversight. If you’re just in town for a night out and need somewhere to crash, this place might be fine. But if you’re after a few nights of rest or staying for work, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Big mistake booking here. Weird set up. Linked to another nearby hotel. Overwhelming smell of damp, room had a smell of damp dog. Bathroom didn't look to have been cleaned from last occupant. Booked two nights. Left after one and booked elsewhere.
