Customer Reviews
Terrible experience.Never go for this EE store. Staffs are on their on phone minding there own business and playing video games. We need to go and wake up them to say we are here ,please help. No customer service Staffs were very rude and not welcoming. Seems all the staffs don’t want to assist any customers. No manager around to supervise I think. EE management please need to look into this. AVIOD THIS EE STORE.
My brother and I visited the EE Piccadilly store in the evening 19 of January 2026 (around 7:15 pm) as loyal customers with two SIM contracts and home broadband. Our purpose was very simple and reasonable: to ask why our monthly bill had suddenly increased without notice, and to add one extra SIM card for a family member. We waited almost 15 minutes before anyone approached us. When a staff member finally came, he began the verification process and asked for my full name, address, postcode, and other account details, all of which I provided politely and without hesitation. The situation changed dramatically when another staff member suddenly intervened. A verification code was sent to my wife’s phone, and my brother attempted to call her to obtain the code, as she was not physically present. At that moment, the second staff member became hostile and confrontational. He abruptly closed the tablet being used by the first employee, interrupted the service, and spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful tone. I calmly explained that my wife could not attend the store because she had recently given birth, and that I am a named account holder simply asking for help. Instead of understanding or offering a solution, we were told to leave the store and were effectively pushed out, with the shocking statement that we should “never come back to EE.” At no point were we aggressive, rude, or unreasonable. We were treated as though we had done something wrong simply for asking questions about our own account. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human respect was deeply upsetting and embarrassing. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in EE. A company that cannot treat its customers with dignity, especially families, students, or people from different backgrounds, does not deserve loyalty. I am now in the process of moving all my services away from EE. I am sharing this review to warn new customers: if you expect respect, understanding, and professional customer service, think very carefully before choosing EE.
Hannah at EE has been absolutely amazing. She helped me switch my broadband over, explained everything really clearly, and managed to save me money each month. She also supported me with sorting out my outstanding balance, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She was patient, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much, Hannah — brilliant service. 💛
