My first encounter with Three was pleasant, and the staff seemed friendly. However, after signing the contract, the experience changed drastically. They charge a lot of money, but the SIM card doesn’t work properly, and customer service has been rude and unhelpful. Ignored our request for a manager, all while charging a lot for poor service.
This branch is literally cheating customers as I went there to replace my sim card which was stopped working and the member of team told me that I am paying more every month and suggested me to take 5g home broadband as I was using 4g home broadband since long time. She told me that will have to pay lesser bill with better home broadband but once I got bill it was around 117£ that is almost more than 20£ added on my bill and when I went there again they told me that are not able to change the plan . Disappointed and will discontinue this provider asap .
No response to issues if we go to this store they say we cant do. If we tell them we have bill issue they say we cant do anything call and speak to three. They do not take any responsibility and show a bad behavior when we go to store. Its a scam once you take their service they won't even help out
