I visited the store recently and wanted to get some ideas of the deals and best offers and I was going to visit different phone shop and then I’ll decide but O2 was the answer for what I needed. Yakeen was outstanding in explaining to me everything that I don’t know and despite asking her same question repeatedly she was always answering them with smile in her face and in polite and professional way. I’ve also wanted to increase my daughter data and again Yakeen helped me and chose the best deal for her. I visited the branch on Saturday 4th October to find out more about getting a new phone and transferring all the information into my name (as it was previously all under my mother’s name). Caleb looked after me, and he gave me an amazing service! It was quite loud outside of the store, so he brought me over to a desk and sat me down to explain everything thoroughly. He broke everything down into a way that made sense, helped me explore all my options well, and was patient with my numerous questions. As someone who finds things like this anxious and a tad confusing, he could have been more patient, kind, and understanding. And to top it off, he was effortlessly professional. Although I didn’t leave the store with a new phone that day, I left feeling well informed and calm about the process. He is a huge credit to the team. Thank you once more Caleb!
