We found this place while searching for the top Chinese restaurants in Manchester, and it did not disappoint. It made me feel like having a reasonable dim sum in Hong Kong. Our order is rice with mixed meat (Roasted Duck, Crispy Pork, Barbecue Pork), which is yummy, especially when dipped in the sauce. Chun Mai is tasty and a great seasoning. Dumplings and steamed noodles are just moderate. Staff are friendly and speak English well. The price is reasonable for the location and food. It can take a while in a queue if you come during a busy time like lunchtime, but it’s worth it.
Been coming to this place every time I visited Manchester and never get disappointed. The dishes and dim sum served were traditional and authentic. Well worth trying if you are craving for some comforting Cantonese food. The free soup before dinner and the free dessert afterward are definitely a perk.
Absolutely beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere. Excellent service and amazing food! The ribs were soooooo good. They offer great specials including an early dining special from 4-6pm (16:00-18:00). Such a warm welcome from all of the staff. Definitely the best choice when you are visiting Manchester and want a wonderful experience in Chinatown!
