Customer Reviews
I had a fantastic stay at Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre, and the service truly made it memorable. Eva at reception was absolutely wonderful welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She made check-in smooth and instantly made me feel at home. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Erika and Grazi. Both were so friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and their smiles really set the tone for the day. It’s rare to come across a team that consistently makes guests feel valued, but this group truly does. Huge thanks to everyone mentioned - you’re a credit to the hotel.
Excellent option. The room was very clean and spacious and had a wonderful view. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient -walkable distance from Piccadilly gardens. Farah was very helpful during our check-out. Overall, I had a great experience during my stay.
Came for a long weekend break with my family. We chose the hotel because it was 4*, central and it was a decent price for the amount of nights. |The hotel is nice and modern and the reception team are lovely. The bar staff are also lovely, however it is a bit slow paced.|The bedroom was nice and well set out. Clipper tea and Nescafé coffee is provided. The TV didn’t have a remote but they sent someone up straight away with one. The bathroom had a bath and shower which was lovely and everything felt specious and clean.|The room was warm. The setting on the aircon was set at 19c but it was far warmer, I hardly slept the first night. Because it was that warm we had to open the windows and let the freezing cold air in but it was better than being a rotisserie chicken.|The eating area was nice where we had breakfast and the food was nice. The cakes were a little dry but that’s my opinion. The booth style seats however were not clean at all and the whole stretch was stained and had dried food on them which was disappointing. They just need a good clean. If the room wasn’t so hot and the upholstery was clean then it would have been a 5 star!
