Yannis checked me in and was amazing. Incredibly polite, friendly, efficient and everything I needed after a long journey. Having stayed at a lot of hotels it is normal for the 'chit chat / check in small talk' but he seemed genuinely interested and took the time to make me feel welcome and settled. The rooms are great and facilities seem wonderful, but I will be coming back purely from my interaction with Yannis
We stayed here for 3 days and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, right between the Etihad Stadium and Old Trafford, with Piccadilly Station just nearby, so getting around was super convenient. The staff gave us such a warm welcome and even congratulated us on our honeymoon, which made our stay feel extra special. We also used the (external) laundry service, which was very convenient. Breakfast was great, and everything during our stay was comfortable, friendly, and pleasant. We were truly happy here, and we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time we come to Manchester for City match🩵
Decided to visit the Christmas markets and the arndale , so my son could spend his birthday money. Made a little trip of it and booked this hotel , saved a chilly trip home on the train . |The entrance was beautifully decorated for Christmas as was the foyer & restaraunt . The decor is lovely and modern . Check in was quick and simple . Our room was on the 4th floor , 2 single beds over looking the front of the building . The room|was lovely , clean and cozy . A fridge was also included which was a nice touch . |The staff are also really helpful , my son forgot his toothbrush and i was supplied with a complimentary toothbrush kit at the desk . The wi-fi was good also . The location is good easy to find as it's facing the crown court . 10 min walk from piccadilly gardens where a lot of the christmas markets were . Will 100% be |staying again . one thing to know of your room os located at the from of the building you will hear the grand passing by , but this stops between 10/11pm. it's not very loud just noticeable .
