All I can say is - WOW. From the minute I stepped foot inside this hotel to the minute I checked out, everything was brilliant. Came here for one night for a gig at the Albert Hall and the location could not have been better for it - the man on the front desk even gave me directions as I told him I'd never been before while checking in. Every member of staff I interacted with was so friendly and lovely. The room was immaculate, the bed was super comfy and the shower in the bathroom was great, well designed and got nice and hot quickly. A nice continental breakfast was included and for the price I paid for my stay I am seriously impressed - might even be the best overnight stay I've had in the UK! I will definitely return!
My first visit in Manchester, came with my mother, unfortunately we could only stay one night but I wish we could've stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful, so clean! Location is perfect! We arrived on the 8th around 2.30pm, we have been greeted by a blond lady behind the desk unfortunately I didn't catch her name I'm afraid! She was brilliant and super nice and so kind, she let me grab a handful of pear drops she made my day! 😁 Thank you to the whole staff for looking after us. I'm looking forward to visit this beautiful city soon again and I will of course stay here again!
Stayed here two times, also in motel one newcastle. Its simply the perfect hotel, stunning lobby with beautiful and comfy seats. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, eager to help if needed. The three elevators are quick, never had to wait for one. The room is clean and modern, with a nice rain shower, fast internet, complimentary coffe and thea. Location is just perfect. Would recommend!
