I stay here 2 to 3 times a year, and am never disappointed. I am a bit biased because I come from Sale originally. However, the rooms are excellent - I am a wheelchair user, and I am well catered for. If Allison is working, you're sure of a warm welcome. I don't know the other members of staff by name. Plenty of car parking too. Very close to the Motorway, but you can't hear it. I will be staying here again.
Standard as expected from premier inn! Good overall. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked for you and served by a friendly staff member. Advantages is that its always hot and fresh , in the other hand it took 20mins to arrive which is fine if you dont have a time you need to leave. In other words factor this in to your time. Black pudding was outstanding, best for a while. It was also good that the staff member asked if you wanted more, it is meant to be unlimited after all. Coffee very good as was the juices.
Visited the Premier Inn in Sale and had a great experience, especially thanks to Leon. He’s an enthusiastic employee who clearly cares about delivering excellent service and customer experience. I even heard him warmly greet regular guests and welcome them back, which really added a personal touch. The hotel itself is a great place for breakfast, with good coffee! Overall, highly recommended 😃
