Lovely tea room with very friendly and welcoming staff. There is also a community room that can be hired out for children's parties, small work meetings or running a small class for fitness and wellbeing. I have also attended the evening craft sessions which have been really enjoyable, a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people. In addition to that you can also go for a walk around this lovely park.
First visit to Victoria Park Community Centre My friends and I went for afternoon tea there today. As soon as we got through the door the staff were so friendly helpful and polite. Afternoon Tea was wonderful plenty of sandwiches cakes scones crisps (good assortment of each) and all made on the premises nice and fresh. We had a lovely afternoon there and would recommend the afternoon tea for a treat. The park itself is a great place for people of all ages and lots to do for children and a great place to make friends. Well done to all staff at the cafe your cakes were so nice . Went for Christmas lunch today at Victoria Park Cafe, Stretford. It was good value for the money paid of just £5 per person albeit it was a little on the cold side. Plenty of variety on the plate though at least 9 items plus 3-4 choices of puddings/deserts with custard, again a little on the cold side, and we had crackers to pull plus tea or coffee. The cafe was lovely and warm as was the staff who were very friendly, would recommend without a doubt.
