Very disappointed – avoid My husband bought me an Endurance Rose for my birthday. I don’t like gifts like this, so we tried to return it without even opening the box. Despite this, the company is refusing to give a refund. This is completely unacceptable, especially as they are legally obliged to offer a refund under consumer law for unopened, returned goods. What’s even more concerning is that their small print claims they won’t accept returns even if the item arrives damaged, which is ridiculous and a huge red flag. This feels like a dodgy company trying to deny basic consumer rights. I would strongly advise others not to buy from here unless you’re happy to be stuck with the item no matter what.
