Absolutely lovely service on Tues 23rd Dec 2025, a busy Christmas week. The ladies were all so friendly and happy. The atmosphere was perfect, not a shop where you immediately get hounded, left to try out the drinks in the store at your own pace and leisure. It makes such a difference to keeping your customers in store. I tried a little bit of everything that was on offer and ended up purchasing the sticky toffee pudding hot chocolate; so lush! The lovely Hannah was who served me, she was sweet, happy & attentive. Thank you Hannah for such a pleasant experience 🌟 Also, Janine, what a lovely lady who reassured my 7 yr old after a little spill that it was OK, ‘it’s just a spill that can be easily cleaned up’. Love that!! Well done to all the staff that day that were clearly busy but still gave great service. Loved coming to this store and I’ll definitely be back. Beats being followed around the store when you’re simply browsing. Didn’t feel that at all here. Great job everyone! Wishing you all the best for 2026!! So happy I stopped by! The kind staff helped me find my perfect earl grey tea, I was given fresh brewed samples to make deciding on a blend even easier! Ended up buying the loose leaf white earl grey tea and it's become my new favourite already, thank you so much Whittards team
