Little kids seem to be quite crazy about this place. Little shop with lots of collectibles. Some are quite expensive. We were after a couple of Labubus. I was surprised to hear that you will know what is inside only when you open it. I asked the cashier what if both the boxes that I get are the same ones? she said that could be a probability and that you cannot return or refund it unless you buy the whole box. Understand the surprise factor for kids but think they should have a system to let the parents know what is in the box. It costs £18 per box and not cheap!
Got lucky with the que times and didn’t have to wait long. Good selection of collectibles and reasonably priced. My daughter’s happy. Friendly staff including security guard
You can only get Labubus via the raffle!!! They do not stock them in store atm!! I won in the raffle and went in to pick up what I'd bought. There was a big queue and I probably waited 20 mins.
