Quite possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. Was patronised throughout, suspected of not being able to afford the £100 of merchandise we were purchasing, then refused a bag big enough to carry the massive frames around Trafford, stating the bubble wrap “is the bag”. Went to John lewis who served us with respect, a smile, and provided us with a bag, big enough to hold the merchandise. Absolutely no respect for their customers, or their products.
Probably the worst owner I’ve seen a touched a picture frame and the guy went mad at me! If there was another shop to buy picture frames I would recommend that.
Big thanks to the guys at Stars and Legends. Framed my boyfriend’s shirt even when they hadn’t opened their new store. Was ready in less than 2 weeks and looks amazing! Very happy and I’m sure we will be back for some more framed in the future. Thanks again for all the help! :)
