We ordered on the McDonalds app and our order arrived incorrect. I popped back into this McDonald’s as this is our local McDonalds, and was under the impression this is where our order had come from. The app had defaulted to a different McDonald’s but as I was already here the business manager was more than happy to replace our missing items for us. This wasn’t something he needed to do but his willingness to do so presented excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
We was only people in there and had us waiting 20 mins for two happy meals...absolute joke
