Customer Reviews
Five Guys at The Trafford Centre is located towards the back of The Orient, in The Great Hall, on the Ground Floor. It has a large separate seating area away from the main food court, which is comfortable and typical Five Guys style. The prices here are a little higher than the Five Guys in the city centre. My meal came to £14. Strangely, I do find most of the chains inside The Trafford Centre to be guilty of charging more just for the luxury of being in the mall I ordered the Little Cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap, with fresh onions, tomato, ketchup and mustard. My burger was pretty good; it was hot, juicy, and all the ingredients were of good quality. The fries were slightly under-seasoned, but they were also hot and tasted fresh and good quality again. While I would have liked my burger in a gluten-free bun, the lettuce wrap was a really nice alternative and meant I could enjoy and eat it almost like a burger should be. Service was fast and friendly, and I would return even if it is on the pricy side.
So I had never been to 5 Guys before but Today I was in the Trafford Centre with my daughter shopping 🛍 and after a busy day of shopping we headed to the Food court and my daughter said she wanted to take me to 5 guys. So we headed down to 5 Guys my daughter ordered a little cheeseburger(It wasn't little it was huge) with Cajun fries, I ordered a large cheeseburger(Double Patty) with Fried onions, Lettuce etc and normal fries. To drink my daughter ordered a bottle of water and a large Dr Pepper and I ordered a Brooklyn Lager(Bottle), The food is made to order which i really liked the food only took a few minutes and it was ready so I was excited to taste the famous 5 Guys Cheese burger 🍔 and wow it was well worth the wait. Burger was succulent, tasty and was without a doubt the best burger 🍔 i have ever eaten, The skin on Fries 🍟 were amazing too and I tried my daughters Cajun fries 🍟 that were amazing. Restaurant is spotlessly clean, super polite and friendly staff, Excellent service, Fantastic food and great experience. 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ Me and my Wife post alot of reviews on Google and we always give our honest opinion and feedback on our experiences whether that be locally or on our holidays we have reviewed everywhere from Manchester to Split(Croatia), Rome(Italy), Hvar(Croatia), Podgorica(Montenegro), Budva(Montenegro), Bezier Cap'd'agde(France), Montpellier(France), Tirana(Albania), Sarande(Albania) etc. And we review everything from restaurants, pubs, taxis, flights, hotels, Airbnbs, beauty treatments, Beach clubs etc and we review everything from cleanliness, Customer service, Value for money, Experience, service etc and we have over 31,000,000+ views on Google.
I had a good experience here. It was only my second ever visit to a Five Guys; the burger was not as nice as the first I'd tried, hence the 4 star... But it was still tasty! The chips were very, very salty which also contributed to the 4 star. The soda machine was all out of sync; all of the options tasted too watery. So not as good an experience as my first visit (which was a different location), however I would visit again! Date of visit - August '24. Don't forget the famous 'bag chips'!
