Tim Hortons at Trafford Park is located just outside the Trafford Centre. The cafe area is large and includes a drive-thru and upper-level seating and was also immaculate, I appreciated how they kept everything as clean and comfortable as possible. I only visited for coffee, ordering an Iced French Vanilla Latte, my drink was made quickly and the staff were friendly. I did find it to taste slightly too creamy and syrupy for my liking and would have liked a stronger, bolder more espresso taste. I do find it a little pricey here and would like to see a wider selection of coffee beverages including seasonal ones in the run-up to Christmas, I would consider returning but only if my usual options nearby are closed.
Went in to try the new Christmas menu fries and this was what was given. Was only 8:30pm and the place had about 6 people in it. Gravy was stone cold as you can tell otherwise it would of at least helped the cheese melt… disappointed
This is the third time they have left things out of our order but when you order four meals and only one turns up with an un ordered set of pancakes is clearly not it, meaning £15 worth of our food was replaced with £3 pancakes. JustEat however refused to refund us because of their mistake even with the photos of the items received and the full receipt, actually low key scummy losing out on money because someone couldn't be bothered to read the order. While the food is nice, don't gamble with it online because if you get screwed over like we did, you won't get anything out of it than a shrug.
