mid food, i always loved KFC but bro lost the hype and i agree it came w barely any food, it was bland and boring and the gravy was slacking and empty, the rest of the sauces also sucked and they missed the key point of my food- popcorn chicken like why would u go there if ur not getting popcorn chicken, also its EXPENSIVE TOO THO like whos paying an insane amount of money for a scam! and its right next to mcdonalds aswell so u can get cheaper food there and nicer food like kfc is no longer as good as it was im disappointed ur ruining my credit balance and my mental health :(

Terrible experience on 2 January. I ordered 2 burgers from the drive-through and 1 of them was stone cold. I went back with the food which should be enough proof and showed my bank statement, but they refused to remake it because I “didn’t have a receipt” (I wasn’t given one) they took the food that I wanted replacing and returned it back to me after touching it and all. The manager Tanzella was rude and condescending she needs to be investigated and given some additional training for her lack of customer care and service. Complete waste of time — won’t be returning.
