Absolute waste of my time today, I came in for pioneer speakers. I arrive and right off the bat I’m kept waiting at least 20 minutes for them to find the speakers. 3 members of staff ended up hunting for them in 3 different spots in the store and it turned out to be in the first place after all that. I was then kept waiting a further 15 minutes because they couldn’t find the cables. They give me the option to pay online while they look but I decide I leave because my feet were killing after all the standing around. Then get the idea from a friend to ask if they can knock off the price of the cables and just buy them separately so I ask. A different member of staff served me this time and he had the rudest attitude. He cut me off several times while I was speaking to ask if I want to speak to the supervisor so I said yes. I explained that I come here to sell more than buy, the process for that is ungodly strict. They don’t accept anything with so much as a screw missing and if by chance they do like a charger for example, they bump the grade down and knock a few pounds off. But when I ask for them to do the same, they can’t do anything. Complete double standards and not even an apology. At least the speakers are nice so there’s that.

I've been to many CEX shops and I never had a bad experience. Usually the price is reasonable, especially for used outdated stuff, and the staff is more than friendly. Not on this one. I also usually tend to not leave reviews and bad reviews at that, but unfortunately it was just such a combination of multiple staff members being so unfriendly and unhelpful that I had to make this remark.

I bought a phone recently here, but later i found that this shop buy phones for very little price and sells the phones very expensive, honestly it is not worth it to buy a iPhone with at least 1 faulty issue for just 100£ cheaper in compare with new one. However this was my experience and thought, and staff are good
