Customer Reviews
I got the back of my phone repaired, they offered a cheaper price than everyone around them. It took an hour and a half longer then they said it would. So far the repair seems to have worked properly.
Went yesterday morning first thing, a guy called Sayeed looked after me, he really went beyond the call of duty Sold me a Galaxy phone for a great price, and helped me recover my Gmail Really quick too.....what's not to like I won't hesitate in going again Fantastic service
My cracked screen was repaired at a cost of £80. On receipt of the iPad, following the repair I noticed the volume buttons were no longer working. I returned to store to be told the buttons were not linked to the screen and a cost of £59 would be applied for a repair of the buttons. I directed them to the AI overview which states: ‘The new screen assembly needs to be properly connected to the iPad's motherboard. A faulty connection at the volume button flex cable can prevent the buttons from functioning correctly’ A conversation with apple confirmed that the screen is linked to the volume buttons. Despite this they remained firm in their approach that a repair would be charged despite the fact they are highly likely to be responsible for the damage. Extremely disappointing.
