They charged me £150 to replace my Chromebook cracked screen and charging port, initially thought this was a good deal. They took weeks longer than they said they would so I had to buy a replacement laptop so I didn't miss work, and when I got it back the battery does not work anymore so it has to be used while constantly plugged in.
DO NOT GO! This place is the biggest con. I went to them as my screen was broken, they said it would take 20 minutes and to co,e back. After I paid and left my phone immediately started to act up switching from 100% battery to 1% and switching off and on, (my battery was absolutely fine beforehand). I returned to them and explained the problem for them to be really rude and say they haven't touched my battery however if I wanted it fixing it would cost me a further £50. I then went to the Apple shop for a full test, they later explained that my phone was unrepairable and that the repair previously had damaged my phone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Avoid this place like the plaque they somehow misunderstood me selling my damaged phone to please fix my phone (not once did I say can you fix my phone, infact my worlds were do you TAKE damaged phones.). Thankfully they understand this was mistake and offered me the money for my broken phone, instead of charging me. However I had to wait 30 minutes and the last few minutes I noticed they were starring and laughing at me. (How unprofessional) if you want to sell stuff go elsewhere since they dont seem to understand basic instructions.
