Absolutely horrendous. £75 for a basic case, screen protector that cracked in my bag and conned out of a camera lens protector. Got these for iPhone 17 pro max. Initially thought they were helpful. They took the phone, put the case on and asked if I wanted them to put the screen and camera protectors on. I agreed. I see them take it out the wrapper, the guy looks as though he’s putting everything on. £75 total. Even tried to sell me a ‘bargain’ wireless power adapter - “We will round up to £100”. No thank you. A bit steep at 75 but I thought…. It’s an iPhone. It is more expensive etc. good quality case etc. When I got home, I realised that lo and behold there was no camera protector on there. Not at all. Not in the bag. Nowhere. To make it worse a few days later the screen had a minor crack in it. Had I dropped the phone, banged it etc I could have understood. But I hadn’t. It had been in and out of my bag and coat. That’s it. Tried to return the following week (only time I could get to Trafford) only to be told “Where’s your receipt?” As I didn’t have one and they refuse to acknowledge what could have been a potential mistake, they have left me without a camera protector and a cheap screen protector. (20/25 quid each). Absolutely avoid. Buy online or from Apple themselves. Lesson learned.

Great and professional service from Sadat. Within a short time I was able to return to him with a problem i had with the original screen saver. He was more than happy to listen to the issue I experienced AND was prepared to put it right....that's what I call 100% customer satisfaction- thank you, Sadat.

Went to get a new screen protector as i prefer someone else doing it so i know its been done properly, got a new case aswell as a camera protector, when ive had a case and a screen protector done in the past and ive been there mutiple times its costed me and my friend £20 each, this time it was £80 and the guy “knocked off £2” because i has raised the issue of me paying £20 before, £80 for two phone cases, one camera lense cover and two screen protectors, the phone cases which are not proper phone cases it was probably the cheapest phone case you could get and would cost you £8 on ebay but was apparently “£15”, screen protectors which were not even privacy ones they were an alright price but they choose one for you when you shoukd get told options so you aware of price and then a camera lense which should only be about £5, they rope you in and feel pressured to say no because they can tell your gonna pay, please check prices before you pay here i was under the impression of £20 pp and maybe a little extra for my camera lense but was a joke finding out it was £80 after it all being placed on my phone alread. didn’t wanna be a karen but that was a joke
