Customer Reviews
Went in store today to see my options on whether to fix the screen or upgrade to a new phone. As soon as I walked in the store I was met with a beaming smile from the lovely Archie. He is such a dedicated, patient and outstanding employee. I have never had such amazing customer service before. He is the definition of a fantastic customer service colleague and should be rewarded for his brilliant service. I have been a Samsung owner for almost 20 years now and the experience that I had instore today with Archie is why I will continue to be a Samsung owner. He represented the company and store in such a professional manner today. Thank you so much Archie!
Big shoutout to Taha at the Samsung Trafford location! I was having a hard time deciding which phone to get, but he was incredibly patient and understanding while walking me through the options. He really helped me feel confident in my choice and made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re heading there, definitely look for Taha—top-tier service!
Bought a Fold 7 from here and made it very clear that I was moving from iPhone and would only purchase if the returns policy allowed me to use and return the device within a reasonable amount of time if I want satisfied. The salesperson said that this was completely okay — just bring it back to the store for a full refund. I found the device very cumbersome so packaged it back up and returned to the store after less than a week. I was intercepted on the way to the desk and told that I absolutely could not return an opened item, regardless of what I was told days before. Coming from Apple’s excellent customer service this would be hilarious, except I’m £2k down.
