I visited this store at the Trafford center on Tuesday 23rd.12.25 after struggling for two days to get my new phone working. I had already called Three customer service multiple times and was advised to go into a store for help. Unfortunately, my experience in this branch was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the staff were rude and showed no willingness to help. I was told to call Three over the phone because they “can’t help in store,” even though customer service had specifically sent me there. I decided to call while I was still in the shop, and I asked one of the staff members to at least check whether my SIM was inserted properly. He did it, but with a clear attitude. In the end, it turned out that all I needed was a replacement SIM, something that could have been resolved quickly if the staff had actually taken a moment to assist me. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful, and the experience left me very disappointed. If there were a zero-star I would have given it that.
Miz was extremly helpful and kind with us. He took us through all the process and made sure we understood everything. We had some contracts to cancel and he gave us good advice.
