I recently called to upgrade my 90 yr old dad's phone and SIM on pay as you go and was refused sale of a Samsung a17 because my dad didn't want dad's from his bank for a monthly contract.the manager called aisha?I believe ,was rude ,blunt and bot interested in a sale unless it was on a contract.refused to sell me the phone on its own for 180 pounds. Her attitude stunk,stay away from this store,it puts you in a bad mood for what should be an enjoyable day with family,shopping .
They sell sim card ask you top up and then you found credit 0 not able to call or text they say sorry nothing that you can do it bad for me because you pay for that before the purchase
