Visited Pendleton pharmacy to collect my child's medication, I was unable to get their medication from anywhere as it was out of stock. Phoned Pendleton pharmacy they had the medication in and saved it for my for when I was able to collect. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Pharmacy was busy when I went in and expecting a long wait but I'd been served and collected the medication within ten minutes. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy. Nothing to much trouble. I will definitely be using this pharmacy regularly for all future prescriptions.

This pharmacy has been brilliant every time I’ve visited. The staff are friendly, professional, and really helpful with advice and prescriptions. Service is quick and everything is well organised and easy. Definitely a 5-star pharmacy I’d happily recommend.

Absolutely appalling service in this chemist. Walked in and was told to write my name and DOB down and then had some large rude bald woman come tearing out from behind the desk shouting “you’ve just wrote your name down and nothing else” in front of a reception full of people which a super embarrassing. I said that was all that was asked and she said “first name” abruptly and rolled her eyes. She clearly hates her job there and doesn’t want to be there and absolutely has no experience in customer service or indeed had no training. I get people have a bad day but try being a little bit more polite considering people are clearly in there for medical reasons. The chemist is an absolute dump and both the old women that work there clearly didn’t want to be there. Reading other reviews, many people comment on how bad the large bald woman’s attitude is. How’s she still there is beyond me. Will be making a formal complaint to both Pendleton and the council.
