I bought an electric toothbrush from Savers today and was served by Eman who was professional and helpful. I had to rip top of box to get into it to check it was what I wanted. It was not so I returned it for a refund and was served by Tasha who I found to be unprofessional and rude. I was told I should not have ripped top of box but how am I supposed to check it was what I wanted?????? The plug was all wrong too!!!! She tossed the electric toothbrush aside to be put with "damaged goods"!!!

Came in yesterday looking for a specific fragrance, unfortunately they didn't have it - But, the member of staff they had on the tills yesterday (23rd April) with glasses around 3pm (Sorry, I didn't ask your name) was incredibly helpful and has some amazing upselling and customer service skills! Although they didn't have exactly the aftershave I was looking for, they still had a great selection of perfume/aftershave.
