Had a referral to see the pharmacist today off my Doctor because there were no appointments available, I phoned the chemist and was told the pharmacist would be available to see me in 1 hour. Obviously he is not a Doctor but I felt as though he was more thorough than most Doctors , I am so grateful for the time he gave me and the prescription of medication needed for my condition, thank you once again for fitting me in to your already very busy day 😊

My experience has honestly been disheartening. I’ve faced what felt like racial bias from one of the staff members ironically, also an immigrant. Each time I go in, she tends to attend to others and leaves me waiting, as if I’m invisible. The general atmosphere isn’t welcoming at all. They mostly speak among themselves and make no effort to engage or acknowledge you it’s isolating and quite sad. The only reason I still go there is because it’s right behind my house, and more convenient than travelling all the way to Tesco. But it’s deeply unfortunate that they treat people this way, especially when they’re unwell and just seeking basic care.

Rude!!!! Been going here for years normally wait for text. now first time I needed urgent medicine not life threatening but I asked politely if the doctors had sent as I'd been in a few days earlier and it hadn't been sent said just arrived I would have to wait 2 days. It's not so much what is said but how won't be going again I'll get delivered before so much for supporting local businesses 🙄
