It's gotten a lot better now. Usually don't have to wait too long. Normally go a few days after dr send meds. Can recommend as usually open later too.

JUNE 2024 UPDATE: I just went there at 7pm, the nice bright midsummer photos. despite STILL advertising opening times of 7am-11pm, it's closed again ! Really wondering what the real opening times are. I guess maybe 9-5 Mon to Sat maybe? Really think you should phone before visiting OCT 2022: Nice location but the pharmacy doesn't follow the hours advertised. If you are going outside of regular 9-5 weekdays then I suggest phoning first before making a special trip there. These dark photos are at 10pm, an hour before the advertised closing time of 11pm, with Google saying it was "busier than usual". Clearly not! I think the reason so many people in the other reviews complain that no one answers the phone is probably because they are randomly closed, due to the irregular opening times which are not as advertised

I have been using this chemist for a couple of years now. Generally speaking, it's been good. It's far better than the other chemist on the Height (Well, on Bolton Road, they are useless). The staff are helpful and informative. The only problems I have had is that the phone is rarely answered and they are often shut when advertised as being open. Those issues definitely need to be sorted out. Convenient location.
