Would highly recommend Red Sky Yoga - particularly Sophie's pilates classes. Classes are small and Sophie creates a lovely atmosphere, really enjoyable. Good for any level - I was a newcomer. Great teacher and really knowledgeable and helpful with different aches and pains. Thanks Sophie 👍

I had a yoga session at washway road studio today with Kaylea, it was very soothing and relaxing, just what I needed. She is very calming and helpful and her gentle voice and instructions just put you at ease. She ended the session with a gentle temple and forehead massage which I found was a perfect lille added extra to my peaceful session. Thabkyou Kaylea I will be back on a Tuesday xx
