I love holding my yoga class at Thrive Wellbeing Hub. The studio is a calming space which is decorated beautifully and maintained well by the owner Tracy. Also, there are a range of wellness classes offered creating a safe space for relaxation in Sale.
The facilities at Thrive Wellbeing Hub are amazing, a beautiful studio for many adult and family classes, in addition to holistic & wellbeing sessions. The upstairs rooms for therapies are beautiful with a range of nurturing and healing modalities. When I attended a class the hub's atmosphere was warm, inviting and professional. Tracey the Owner is clearly dedicated to making the centre a space for wellness, nurturing and empowerment for all. This includes a particular highlight of offerings and support for Women. Highly recommend trying a therapy or class.
The team have done a fantastic job. Superb vibe and the treatments offered are next level. Can’t wait to go back already. Keep up the great work!
