From the very first time I went to one of Sophie's hatha yoga classes I felt at home. Red Sky Yoga has the most wonderful relaxed and welcoming environment. It's a safe space where you can focus on your own practice in a class with no sense of competition no matter what your level, ability, age and gender. That all comes from Sophie who is the most uniquely fabulous teacher. She will help you to achieve your best you in yoga, Pilates or yogalates while also making each class so much fun. I have been going to Sophie's classes at Red Sky Yoga for over four years now and can't recommend them highly enough. You will improve how you look and feel, find your inner peace and leave each class with a smile.
