Great hotel, everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Large, spacious rooms, good bathroom with amazing shower, heating/aircon, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The beds and pillows are superb, always a great night's sleep. Perfectly located, a 5 minute level walk from centre of Spinningfields. Currently there's a lot of scaffolding up but definitely no noise from the workmen and no inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again.
Our stay at this Travelodge was all good. The location is a little far of a walk but is near the 33 bus to Piccadilly gardens if you want to use it. The car park has plenty of space and was not full despite it being the busy Black Friday weekend in Manchester. The room was clean, well furnished and quiet. The only issue I took with our room was that the shower pressure wasn't amazing. You even get a thermostat to control how warm it is which I find to be uncommon for cheaper hotels where you normally get what you're given. The only pity of our visit was that the restaurant bar was being refurbished at the time so no breakfast, but we were informed plenty in advance so got to make amends. There is a McDonald's and KFC next door. We even had a cool view out the window!
Mostly a typical travelodge, they're the same countrywide which is a nice comfort to be used to when travelling. The building works mentioned by many others seem to be done and I had a quiet night's sleep apart from a couple of noisy people in the corridor and an occasional siren. Only downside was I found the room wasn't the cleanest to their normal standard, dried wet patches on the bedside table, hair all over the bathroom and the cups were filthy which was disappointing. Hopefully the teething issues get resolved though and assuming that i'd happily stay again
