I stayed at the Imperial Salford Hotel for three days and overall had a very good experience. The room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The service was generally good, and the staff were friendly without being over the top. A special thanks goes to T, who made a noticeable difference with their friendliness and helpful attitude. It was truly appreciated and made the stay a bit better. All in all, a place I’m happy to recommend and would consider visiting again.

The worst and most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in, rooms filthy from top to bottom with stains muck and cobwebs. We knew it was a cheap budget hotel for a 1 night stay however still expected basics such as cleanliness. The hotel itself stunk of weed. Gangs of men outside in tracksuits, and the hotel was disgusting. The rooms had muck all over, white stain on the door which I don’t even want to know what that is, the tv didn’t work and the bed sheets and pillows were filthy. Overall felt unsafe and unclean whilst in the hotel so we booked a holiday inn around the corner which was lovely. We explained the issues we had with the manager and he said we had to content booking.com for a refund and he would approve it. This was a lie was he denied the refund. Disgusting, trampy, smelly, unclean and unsafe hotel. Do not come here!

the room cost £104 plus a £10 early room entry fee. The room was totally unhygienic, It does not appear to have been cleaned for a long time. There were stains on the bed frames, bed covers, walls, skirting boards and window blind. Thick dust everywhere and mould around the windows. The bathroom had a terrible smell and was full of mould. In addition to this there was a strong smell of weed in the room. The front door had been smashed and there were a lot of teenagers riding bikes in close vicinity to the Hotel with face masks on and hoods pulled up, It did not feel safe. I booked this Hotel and travelled nearly 200 miles to watch Man united play a football match at old Trafford. It was a treat for my son`s 16th birthday. we had also pre booked and a stadium tour at the cost of £51:30. We did not stay at the Hotel and drove home therefore I am £114.00 out of pocket for the room and £51.30 out of pocket for the stadium tour.
