Fantastic staff and warm and cosy hotel. I have been here for 2 nights on business a long way from home. First night staff great from the reception to the bar/waitress whos name I did not get and feel bad l did not get her name. Had a pizza with extra toppings was great. 2nd night a full steak dinner my steak was cooked perfect medium/rare the way i like it. Thankyou chef. Staff again great. Katie at the bar served my last drink tonight and made my day. A long long way from home the staff have really made this stay great. Really has finished my day on a big high. Potentially the best holiday inn i have stayed in. FYI the hot water in shower is very very hot....you can make your own steam room! Great hotel. Thanks to the staff again... That is what hospitality is about.
Really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Manchester – West. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is convenient for both business and leisure, with good transport links nearby. Great value for money and a really pleasant experience – I’d definitely stay here again.
Receptionist was lovely. It was so nice talking with you, you made me and my brother's time in manny. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Upstairs was better and more quiet on floor, the ground floor was more noisy unfortunately. Really nice staff and really good service. Free parking and lots of spaces. Really good location. Only £5 uber to WHP or the city centre. Had a great time! Miss you guys, hope to come back soon. Best hotel I've ever stayed in
