Excellent location, the reception staff are all friendly. It's a budget hotel, so I was expecting a small room. The bed is comfortable and felt warm during my stay. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cleaning staff; hairs on my towels, they'd missed a few fingernails by the window, and they didn't do a good job cleaning the sink because there were some hairs around the taps.They also didn't clean my room, maybe this was because I was there for two nights. I would recommend that the staff wear hairnets as that's most common in hotels. Apart from that, the bed was clean. I would stay again for the price. Just don't have high expectations.
Very affordable rooms compared to many other places in the city. Basic (hence 4 stars) but very clean. The staff are courteous & understanding. On getting back to my room at silly o clock in the morning my key card didn't work in my door, but the lovely lady on reception fixed that quickly. A slight admin error ended up with me being charged twice but they refunded me as soon as possible. Service would've been 5 stars without the admin slip. I'd definitely consider staying here again :)
I don’t complain often but this needed to spoken about I stayed here late July this year and oh my god the standard was below the bar.||I want to bring attention to the fact my room HAD been cleaned twice during my stay and on the last night of my stay I found a used condom in my room where the sanitary bags were kept in the bathroom and the staff did little to nothing to help they gave me a black bag and pair of gloves and said they couldn’t do anything as they didn’t have access to the housekeeping cupboard we had to use the hand soap in the room to clean everything down but I felt so incredibly dirty. ||If staff were to take the extra two seconds to check the room over this could have been avoided easily.
