Customer Reviews
From check-in to checkout, the service was excellent. The reception staff (sorry I forgot your name) were very friendly and welcoming. Ms. Toyah, who served us at the restaurant, was extremely helpful and gave great food recommendations. During checkout, Mr. Mawn at the reception also provided smooth and pleasant service. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and it is conveniently located next to Victoria Station. Overall, a wonderful experience — we will definitely come back again!
We recently stayed at the Indigo Manchester and were very satisfied with both the accommodation and the overall level of service. Despite a late check-in, the front desk manager was highly professional and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent and proved very convenient, saving us valuable time during our stay. The room was of a standard hotel style, quiet, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, although there were minor issues with our order. Nevertheless, this did not detract from what was otherwise a very pleasant stay in a well-located and welcoming hotel. Based on our experience, we would confidently recommend this property and would be happy to return.
Great location right next to Victoria Station – perfect for exploring Manchester. Our King Premium room was very clean and very comfortable, with a box-spring bed, that we really liked. You can’t hear anything from neighbouring rooms, but there is some noise from the street, trams and trains. Breakfast offered a good selection and tasty hot dishes, though they could take a little while to arrive. Room service was quick and good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The tap water had a noticeable chlorine taste. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d happily come back.
