I arrived at the hotel with my 13yr old grandson as we were attending an event in Manchester. On arrival the foyer was bright, warm and inviting. The check-in process was quick, efficient and the reception staff were fabulous.|To use the lifts you needed your room key card which was reassuring of the safety within the premises. All the landings and corridors were immaculate and well kept as we headed for our room.|The room certainly did not disappoint! It was spacious and the attention to detail definitely stood out. Everything was perfection and we could not have asked for more.|Breakfast in the morning was a definite highlight, the buffet and the Al la carte menu was delivered with the same exceptional service.|We totally enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely be returning.

The room was very good with comfortable bed and was well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic and great value with very attentive, professional staff. We did have some check in and check out niggles which detracted a bit from the whole experience. In checking in they couldn't find our booking on the system for sine time, which was a bit exasperating, but these things happen. On check out, our room charge was on the bill, when we had actually paid through a third party months earlier. The reception staff couldn't seem to understand this, and kept assuming I was querying the credit card charge. They persisted in patiently explaining how it worked before finally realising the error. At that point I also noted a £5 tip had been added on for our room service, in addition to a £5 tray charge. We had actually tipped in cash, so felt this was a bit presumptuous. The party checking out alongside us also seemed to be having similiar issues. We've stayed here a couple of times and would like to return, but this did sour the experience a little.

My recent stay at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and memorable experience. The room was beautifully appointed, with stunning views and all the amenities one could wish for. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the personalized service I received throughout my stay. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, and I found it to be a true oasis of luxury and tranquility. I highly recommend The Lowry Hotel to anyone visiting Manchester – you won't be disappointed!
