Used this car park for Opera House panto, location was good for Quay St after short walk but that was its only good point! It is a very tight car park for anything with four wheels and, depending on how some people park, impossible to find a space wide enough to get any vehicle in the space. As a pre booked customer I was also surprised how full the car park was, it is possible to book a space which doesn’t exist! Took us 15 minutes and the excellent help of Gary, who works for Q Park, to find a space. Should have read the past reviews before booking and won’t be using it again. Once again we are very grateful to Gary for rescuing our night out.
Good location, and prices roughly in-line with similar car parks in the city centre. However, the spaces are simply too small. I have a Focus, and I could only just open my doors to exit the car. I saw someone driving a little Corsa try several times to squeeze into a space, but they gave-up because they couldn’t get out of the car, despite being a very good driver. I will go back to using Deansgate North next time.
Great little car park, it’s underground so one to be aware on. Easy to find and well sign posted. Spaces are a little tight in certain bays. Plenty of EV chargers, Blinx system from what I understand. Entrances are controlled by tickets so no risk of the unsavoury being inside. Clean and bright. £33 for 7 hours. It is slightly tight on the entry / exit ramps and many scuffs on the walls so watch out of your in a big car.
