This car park is at a great location, a short walk into the city centre, near Piccadilly station. I think it's one of the cheapest one given the location. It has three 7kw type 2 chargers on the ground floor, I used the Electroverse card to charge there. You need to be plugged in and charging ... fair enough, I moved the car after a few hours within the multistorey.
I've been issued a parking charge for £60 despite paying at the machine the amount it told me to. The images they sent me of my vehicle leaving show it exactly an hour later than when I left. Not sure whether they are falsifying records or it's an error. I've parked here multiple times without any issues but won't be coming back. It's stress I don't need. Would avoid! I'd also appreciate a response from citipark.
I parked here as I was going to an event at the AO Arena (the car park there was full). It's about a 20 minute walk to the arena. Other car parks that were a bit nearer had some concerning reviews. As I had prebooked, I was able to simply drive in. The spaces are a reasonable size, and it was clean and felt safe - I noticed it was manned and had active security cameras.
