This place is a dirty sinful disgrace! It's full of urine and human poo all over the stairs. The poo is in the same place as last time I parked here. There is several pieces of poo undergoing different stages of decomposition it's like a banksy of poo. It smells. It's a joke you can afford cleaners with the prices you charge for parking. 06/11 Still poop all over the stairs. Still stinks of urine and still full of waste.

Not great, found myself wandering around trying to find a paystation. Tight parking. Stinking stairwells and no pedestrian walkways / facilities

Absolutely disgusting stairwells! Parked here because of how close it was to Piccadilly Gardens and at first glance, the car park looked ok, albeit on the small & narrow side. Attempted to go down the stairs, but the foul stench of human waste knocked me sick, the floor is littered with needles, used nappies, blood soaked garments, and the actual concrete has what looks to be an inch of grime; is clearly a shelter for those sleeping rough. Had to walk down the car ramps to feel safe. When attempting to pay, some of the doors to get through to the pay stations have no glass in them, there is just an empty void in the door, and the smell is just as bad in both corners of the car park. Also isn’t particularly safe, Q Park who now operate this location have great security features at First Street car park, with gates on the car entrances and ticket scanning to get back in as a pedestrian, definitely need it here. Will not be coming back until the place gets a thorough clean.
