It was all good as expected as we have used that particular Travel lodge many times before
Would not stay again. Bad smells everywhere, noisy as hell, beds hard as a rock. The extra bed for the family room rate is the single worst mattress I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. Even piling up extra pillows and the duvet on top I couldn’t get comfortable. King bed was only slightly better. Radiator had to be turned on as it was freezing and it kept blinking a bright light throughout the night. Barely got any sleep. The bare minimum for me is being able to sleep. Travelodge, and this one in particular, doesn’t provide that.
Lovely stay. Room was clean and warm. About a 25 min walk from the train station along the highway, which was alright for us as we were capable and comfortable with walking. Burger King next door saved us from walking in both nights.
