Arrived for a single nights stay with a buddy for a climbing weekend and training course, communication prior to arriving was excellent, arrived to find a nice big car park, lovely warm and well maintained room, even a slice of home made carrot cake to go with our cup of tea was provided. Breakfast served in the room which was a nice touch, fresh, hot and really lovely.|Would recommend anytime and be happy to come back for sure.
Stayed here through work, and so glad I did. Was greeted by the owners, given a fresh baked cookie 🍪 which was out of this world. The room and decor is done to a high level.the shower was beautiful after a long shift. I dont usually sleep well but was asleep by 10pm
Warmly greeted with lovely cookies which was a nice touch. Lovely big room and bed. |Great suggestion as where to eat which is only a 5 minute walk from here. Breakfast was a pre order which is not a problem for us it was brought up to our room on time on large trays, we sat at the table in the room provided. |The only wish would be (room 2) would be a net curtain in the window as it faced the busy road and we don't like curtains closed, guessing there was one once as there was holes for a rod. We also had an issue with the shower door which we reported.|We will definitely stay here again.
